"Shine with 'meaning'!" The China-Italy (Hainan) Reception Hall has signed a contract and settled in Sanya CBD, igniting a new engine for foreign investment

Recently, the Hainan Free Trade Port Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Conference (Italy Special Session) was successfully held in Sanya. The event attracted over 80 participants, including representatives from high-quality Italian jewelry, leather goods, and catering enterprises, industry association leaders, and cultural and artistic institutions. They jointly explored cooperation opportunities between the Hainan Free Trade Port and Italy in areas such as education, culture and tourism, catering, high-end products, jewelry, art, and medical care and health.

Ning Hongwen, the president of the Hainan Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, presided over the event. He Qian, a second-level inspector of the Hainan Provincial Department of Ocean Affairs, and Yin Chengling, the vice mayor of Sanya City, delivered speeches successively. Cui Ying, the deputy director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Education, attended the event. At the meeting, Cheng Jiani, an employee of the Economic and Trade Development Department of the Sanya Central Business District Administration Bureau, elaborated in detail on the favorable policies and investment advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Four representatives from associations and enterprises, namely the Italian Enterprise Communication Association, Better than B4 Company, the Tuscany Chianti Ruffina Wine Union and the International Football Academy, shared their investment plans and visions in Hainan.

Assistant Director Chen Jia of the Sanya Central Business District Administration signed agreements on the implementation of the China-Italy (Hainan) Reception Hall project on behalf of the park with the Italian Business Communication Association and the Italian Chamber of Commerce respectively. At the same time, contracts were signed with six of the first batch of enterprises that settled in, including the Diana jewelry brand, the Ura Ethical Lab leather goods brand, and the AGRIGELATERIA SAN PE 'Italian handmade ice cream chain store, achieving fruitful results.

The China-Italy (Hainan) Reception Hall is planned to be developed into a multi-functional urban reception hall with Italian elements, including exhibition and display, high-end retail, and catering services. It will facilitate the entry of high-end products from Italy and even Europe, as well as enterprises in the fields of culture, tourism, and financial services into Hainan, and promote the economic, trade, and cultural exchanges between Hainan and Italy to a new level. Further deepen economic, trade and cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and Italy and build an important platform.

To further promote the investment work of Italian enterprises in Sanya, Ivo Liscialdi, an advisor to the Italian Ministry of Commerce, Langeno, vice president of the Italian Business Communication Association, and over twenty enterprise representatives from fields such as education, culture and tourism, and high-end luxury goods conducted on-site inspections of the Sanya Central Business District and the China-Italy (Hainan) Reception Hall project in the Tourism and Culture · Sanya Headquarters Port. Since the launch of this project, the Sanya Central Business District Administration Bureau, in collaboration with the Sanya Investment Promotion Bureau and the Sanya Tourism Development Group, has established a dedicated service team to provide Italian enterprises with full-process, one-stop on-site services including site selection assessment and business registration. In response to the practical difficulties faced by the Italian team, such as cross-language communication barriers and high costs of cross-border affairs, the service team customized solutions to the problems in handling foreign-related government affairs, and efficiently facilitated the registration of the representative company of the Italian Enterprise Communication Development Association and the operation company of the China-Italy (Hainan) Reception Hall project. Sanya Central Business District is committed to building the Global Trade Window (Country Pavilion) project. Recently, it has actively connected with project and enterprise representatives from multiple countries such as Italy, Japan, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.
